The Story
Budgie were a British hard rock band. Founded in 1967, they are one of the earliest examples of what would become heavy metal, just three people playing loud and aggressive rock music. They would go on to release ten albums in their original run, with a few of them charting in the UK, and released one reunion album in 2006, although they've been defunct since 2010. They've been name checked by everyone from Metallica to the Melvins. This original Budgie shirt, with light fading and wear, is from the band's 30th anniversary tour.
