Returns & Exchanges

At Joint Custody, we want you to feel confident in your curated wardrobe; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns on all eligible items in their original condition. Please note that vintage and archive pieces are final sale unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
