Crown Of Thornz are a hardcore band from New York started in 1994. COT was one of the bands who helped define a new decade of NYHC alongside bands like Madball. Fronted by Lord Ezec, Crown Of Thornz wrote music that was uncompromisingly heavy yet still had a serious groove. They released Mentally Vexed, their only LP, on Another Planet records in 1996, as well as a string of other EPs on Equal Vision and, most recently, Bridge 9. This Crown Of Thornz shirt, deadstock in excellent condition, features art from tattooer Steven Huie, who also contributed art to Madball's Set It Off.
