Dio, the heavy metal band fronted by Ronnie James Dio, released their sophomore album The Last In Line in 1984. The band had only formed two years prior, but they had no problem of establishing themselves. Dio previously sang in Rainbow and Black Sabbath, and started Dio with Vinny Appice of Sabbath, Jake E. Lee of Rough Cutt (later of Ozzy solo), and Jimmy Bain also of Rainbow. The album was certified eventually certified Platinum. This original Dio world tour shirt, nicely faded and worn, is from 1984 when they were supporting The Last In Line.
