Jawbox are a hardcore band from Washington, DC. The band, which featured J. Robbins of Government Issue on guitar and vocals, Kim Coletta on bass, Bill Barbot on guitar and vocals, and Adam Wade on drums, began releasing records with Dischord and Coletta's own DeSoto Records before they were signed by Atlantic Records where they released two LPs. They eventually broke up in 1997. Jawbox reunited in 2019 and have been playing since. This original Jawbox shirt, nicely worn and faded, is from the band's earliest Dischord days.
