In 2003, the band released Cross Species Transmutation on Atlanta's United Guttural Records. The album art, which was done by Japanese death metal artist Toshihiro Egawa, is a disturbing lab scene with slaughtered animals and a lone human off on an operating table. This original two-sided Malignancy shirt, nicely worn in great condition, features the album art and the lyrics to the title track.
