The Story
Outo were a punk hardcore band from Osaka, Japan founded in the 1982. While their time together was short, they released four 7"s before breaking up in 1990. In 1999, Specialized Fact, a label ran by Naoto from S.O.B., collected all of their material and re-released it on CD and LP. This original Outo shirt, in excellent condition with a few light marks, is from the Specialized Fact discography compilation release in 1999.
