In the mid 2000s, the channel was home to many cartoons, two of the most popular were SpongeBob Squarepants and Avatar: The Last Airbender. They were very different in their aesthetics, Avatar was anime-inspired action while SpongeBob was absurdist humor, but they were both beloved nonetheless.
