Van Halen was a heavy metal band founded in 1974 in Pasadena, CA. The band, which notably featured Eddie and Alex Van Halen on guitar and drums, respectively, and originally David Lee Roth on vocals, became one of the most innovative and popular bands of their time, due in part to Eddie's virtuosic and radical guitar playing. The band released Diver Down, their fifth album, in 1982. The album has since been certified four-times Platinum. This vintage Van Halen raglan, in excellent condition, is from the Diver Down era of the band.
